Heather is a third generation realtor. At the age of 19 she became a very successful buyer’s agent. After a short amount of time, she achieved unbelievable success and she set off on her own career as an independent agent. Soon Heather became one of the youngest Top Producers in Thurston County.

Deciding To Expand Her Business

Heather partnered with her mother; they developed a team concept in real estate called "The Results Team". During this time, Heather built a reputation as a skilled site agent for new construction. Her father (a builder-developer) and his partner hired Heather to market several subdivisions in Olympia, Lacey and Yelm. Some of Heather’s site management duties were selecting interior and exterior colors of site homes and training site agents for model home sales. At this time she also continued real estate sales, marketing new and existing homes. This period in her career helped Heather become the extremely knowledgeable, experienced and well rounded real estate consultant she is today.

Her ability to satisfy buyers, sellers, assist agents, supervise employees and coordinate builder projects have given her a broad real estate background.
